Final Link is developed and operated by Orthrus Interactive LLC (“Orthrus Interactive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information Final Link stores or processes, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices and privacy rights available to you.

We store the player name you choose, a randomly generated local player ID, progress, scores, streaks, XP, virtual balances, rewards and unlocks, game settings, and interrupted-session state.

We use this data to save your game, maintain your progress, provide rewards and unlocks, and personalize your experience. This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal gameplay unless specifically described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Local gameplay data is not used by Orthrus Interactive for advertising or marketing.

Certain features of Final Link use third-party online services. Depending on the feature you use, information may come from your device, your interactions with Final Link, Google Play, Apple, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, consent-management services, or purchase-verification services.

Purchases: When you buy or restore an item, the app may create an anonymous Firebase user ID and sends information necessary to verify the purchase, such as the product, transaction or order ID, purchase token or receipt information, status, quantity, time, and related verification information to the applicable app-store services and our verification service. On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play. On Apple platforms, purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and in-app purchase services. 

We use this information to verify, restore, and honor purchases; prevent duplicate rewards and fraud; resolve purchase-related issues; and maintain transaction security.

We do not receive or store your full credit-card, debit-card, or other payment-card details. Payment processing is handled by Google, Apple, or the applicable app-store provider.

Rewarded Ads: Rewarded ads in Final Link are optional. Google Mobile Ads may process information such as your IP address, which can indicate an approximate or general location; device or account identifiers such as an advertising ID where available; device or platform information; app interactions; ad impressions, views, taps, or clicks; and diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention information.

This information may be used for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, frequency control, security, and fraud prevention.

Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required by law, advertising-related processing will be subject to the consent choices available to you.

Technical Requests: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Functions may process an anonymous user ID, IP address, app ID, user-agent or device/platform information, function or request name, timestamps, and request diagnostics. We use these services to authenticate requests, operate purchase verification, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we may rely on:

• Performance of a contract when processing is necessary to provide, verify, restore, or honor a purchase you request.
• Legitimate interests to operate and secure Final Link, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot technical problems, and protect purchases and rewards.
• Consent for advertising, personalized advertising, tracking, or related processing where consent is required by law.
• Legal obligations when information must be processed or retained to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or law-enforcement requirements.

Final Link does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, precise location, microphone, health information, or biometric information as part of normal gameplay.

Data is shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate, distribute, secure, or support Final Link.

These providers include Google services such as Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Functions, Google Mobile Ads, consent-management services, Google Play, and Play Billing. On Apple platforms, Apple may process information associated with App Store downloads, in-app purchases, and purchase restoration.

These companies operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their own privacy notices also apply to information they process. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google and Apple for additional information about their practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal requests or court orders, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users or the security of Final Link, enforce applicable agreements, or protect Orthrus Interactive's rights.

We do not sell personal information for money.

However, some privacy laws define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” more broadly. Depending on applicable law, certain advertising activities involving Google Mobile Ads, advertising identifiers, device information, or advertising interactions may be considered “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising even though Orthrus Interactive does not sell your information for monetary compensation.

Where required, we provide choices regarding this processing through Google's consent-management tools, advertising privacy controls, device settings, or other mechanisms required by applicable law.

Rewarded ads are optional. You are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to access the core gameplay features of Final Link.

Where required or available, you may use Google Ad Privacy Settings in Profile to review, change, or withdraw your advertising consent choices.

Depending on your device and operating system, you may also be able to reset or delete your advertising ID, limit advertising personalization, or adjust other advertising and privacy settings through your device.

On Apple platforms, tracking that requires permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework will use Apple's permission prompt. Declining tracking permission will not prevent access to the core game.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the controls made available to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear Final Link's app storage, reset applicable app data, or uninstall the app.

Deleting local data may permanently remove progress, scores, streaks, XP, virtual balances, rewards, unlocks, settings, and other gameplay information stored only on your device.

Anonymous authentication and purchase-verification records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to restore or honor purchases, prevent duplicate rewards and fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations. When this information is no longer reasonably necessary, it is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

To erase local data, use your device's clear-storage control or uninstall Final Link.

To request deletion of an anonymous online identifier and associated server data, use the developer contact or privacy-request information on Final Link's Google Play or App Store listing or contact us at support@orthrusinteractive.com

When submitting a request, include the name Final Link, a description of your request, and, if relevant, the applicable purchase order or transaction ID. Do not send full payment-card information.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that a privacy request relates to the appropriate identifier, purchase, account, or device.

Some purchase, accounting, security, transaction, or anti-fraud records may be retained when required or permitted by law.

Purchase history maintained independently by Google or Apple must be managed through the applicable Google or Apple account or app store.

Final Link is not directed to children under 13 or to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through an online Final Link service, they may contact Orthrus Interactive using the developer contact information on the applicable store listing or at support@orthrusinteractive.com to request review or deletion.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Online data is encrypted in transit. We limit the collection of online information to the services and purposes described in this Privacy Policy and use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, purchase-verification protections, and hashed purchase tokens in our verification records where applicable.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Google, Apple, Firebase, and other service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they or their service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

Where required by applicable law, Orthrus Interactive and its service providers may use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you certain rights regarding your personal information.

These may include the right to:

• Request access to personal information associated with you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of certain personal information.
• Request a copy of certain personal information.
• Request restriction of certain processing.
• Object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing where applicable.
• Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.
• Lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.

These rights are subject to applicable law and may not apply in every circumstance.

We may need to verify your identity or connection to the relevant information before completing a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Final Link, our service providers, our privacy practices, or applicable legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the effective or last-updated date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through Final Link, our website, the applicable app-store listing, or another appropriate method.
